    Good morning! Sorry I've been MIA- I was out of town for a week, then, well, there's just no excuse. I will have to go back and catch up with everyone.

    I have continued working out with Jillian- starting the 12th and FINAL week today! I've lost 6 lbs.- I was down 8 lbs. after our vacation, but it is back on since I got home. My strength is so much better though. Mixing it up really does the trick.

    The last 2 weeks were much more intense, and because of that I've taken a break from my separate weight training until the program's over. I am seriously wiped out after each workout! We've been tracking our HR monitors, and we're consistently burning 350-375 calories per 30 minute workout. It is brutal, but funny that when it's over, none of us can remember why it was so horrible. Oxygen deprivation, I guess!

    My tummy is still flabby, but the muscles underneath are like rock!! I'm evidently not willing to go much further as far as dieting goes. The only thing I have really never changed/given up is dairy, and I think that must be the key, but I love milk too much. I'm almost willing to have the insulating layer if I can keep my milk and yogurt. I don't know. Part of me is annoyed I've done 12 weeks of this program and didn't use the opportunity to follow the Jillian's diet plan. Not that mine is bad by any means, but it's not Jillian's, for sure! Oh, well.

    Hi all. I am now back to work and hate being back. DD is now working but gets to sleep in every morning since she doesn't start until 1230. LUCKY. Her dad leaves tomorrow. Glad he made the effort to come and support her at graduation.

    I have still been hitting the gym and walking the dogs. No weight lose but no weight gain. Really have got to hit it this summer cause I want to lose 20 more. My upper arms just make me so unhappy and I try to do weights to help them but dang, they look like they haven't lost an inch. UGH.

    Thanks to the wonderful ladies who helped with my siggy. You know who you are!

    Greenbone CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I am so proud of you. Way to push through
    Everyone is verra busy with end of the year things. But the exercise is being fit in.
    I agree...maybe it really is spring and almost summer. The plants are growing by leaps and bounds
    I have been running. Have not been to the gym since my accident. I will start back on Thursday, and see how the rowing goes and upper body weights. I fractured my ribs and the doctor said it could take 4-6 weeks for them to heal. grrrrr It really gets in the way of what I want to do
    I need to be on here regularly..
