Eclipse Merch @ Walmart for DVD Release?

They didn't advertise Eclipse nearly as much as they did New Moon.. I thought I read that they didn't have the big display & everything because it's so close to Christmas that they thought it'd bring in as much revenue... I was hoping for some more tees for only 9 bucks like they had for New Moon!!!!

I also was very disappointed in what all Walmart did this time. I called my nearest and they said they were doing a fan pack giveaway. Well, after checking the website, it wasn't listed, so I decided to travel a little farther out to another Walmart that was listed as having a special Eclipse party. When I got there, I was first in line. So I am thinking YES!!!
No one there had any clue what they were "supposed" to be giving away. I asked and they showed me a paper for it and it had listed on the paper that they were to give out some sort of specials at 10:00. They had NO IDEA what that was ---- so needless to say, I stood in the line and eagerly awaited my copy only to be disappointed in Walmart! The line did grow and by the time it was released at midnight - there was quite a crowd. Just wish they had done a giveaway like they did for New Moon....

To you and everyone else who went...sorry that it was dissapointing, but at least you got a little free stuff. I decided not to go since I would have had to go by myself. (But I did buy the movie 2 days later.)

I am glad to have gotten anything .... my main point is just that I wish it had been a little more organized - that's all really. I am happy just to have the movie! It was just the organization of it .....

I saw that ad today too. However, this time I am leaning towards Target. Today they are advertising the "Only at Target Deluxe Limited-Edition Eclipse DVD" with deleted and extended scenes, collectable photo cards, 6-part documentary and more. I missed out on this one last time and never got the deleted scenes from New Moon when I bought from Walmart. I do however like the stuff Walmart gives out at their mid-night parties. I'm so torn!

I just scored this exact thing today. Wow..just think of that, all this time later! I had the urge to look and there it was the black cover set behind a group of other eclipse dvds. Wholly smokes. Feels like I win the lottery you guys!!!!
